On March 6 2009 Parliament adopted an act amending the Bankruptcy and Recovery Law Act, the Bank Guarantee Fund Act and the National Court Register Act. The new act will enter into force on May 2 2009 (ie, 30 days after it is published in the Journal of Laws).
